Ordering Information

Please feel free to contact me with any questions. If you do not get a reply within 48 hours please try again as sometimes mail gets lost in cyberspace or spam. Thanks for understanding. I try to answer all messages as soon as I get them.

Your Special Order is always welcome. So, if you do not see what you are looking for, please contact me for a quote. I would be pleased to paint something special - just for you.

All items will ship from Kosciusko, MS 39090 or McCool, MS 39108 or French Camp, MS 39745.

Please note that some of my hand painted items cannot be mass produced and cannot be sold wholesale. Also, some of the items are recycled items and I do my best to make sure this will be noted in the description of those items.

My Payment Policy:

All payments must be in US funds.

I accept PayPal payments. I also accept credit card and debit card payments via PayPal. You do NOT need a PayPal account to use their service.

If not paying with PayPal, I expect a brief note within 3 days stating how you intend to pay for your item.

I accept US Postal money orders only. I do not accept international money orders. Money orders must be received within 10 days. Make money orders out to Tammy Strahan. If money orders are not made out to Tammy Strahan your payment will be returned and your order will be canceled.

I ship only after payment has cleared.

Payment must be made within 7 days.

I do not accept personal or business checks.

Payment must be made in full unless other arrangements have been made prior to purchase.

If payment is not received within 7 days I will cancel the sale.

Shipping:

All of my items are packaged with the utmost of care. I want your item to arrive in the same condition as when it leaves my studio. I ship the next business day after payment is received and cleared, unless otherwise noted in the item description.

Shipping insurance is optional, but I will not be responsible for lost or damaged non-insured items once they are mailed.

Shipping charges are determined by weight and destination using the USPS shipping calculator.

Special Orders take longer and will be determined when order is discussed with customer.

At this time I ship within the US only unless other arrangements have been made before order is placed.

I ship most orders USPS Priority Mail. I reserve the right to ship using a different carrier if I so choose.

a) Information contained on my website is deemed reliable however due to typographical errors, misprint and human error, Mississippi Handpainted Keepsakes/Tammy Strahan reserves the right to correct any errors and/or inaccuracies contained within this website at any time without prior notice.

b) I will not be held responsible for any damages, loss or injury that may occur due to the use or misuse of any of the products purchased on this site.

c) I purchase a lot of my surfaces from antique shows and estate sales therefore it is very common for these items to have slight imperfections which should not be viewed as defective.

d) Each painted item is painted by hand and never mass produced therefore no two items will ever be exactly the same.

e) None of our products are intended to be used as toys and should be kept away from children.
